Delivery and Return Policy for LIN.IN
Shipping:
We offer shipping all across India for all our products at LIN.IN. We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders. Shipping charges are applicable for cash on delivery orders and will be calculated at checkout. We strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and, depending on the location, the majority of orders are delivered in 3-15 working days.
Return and Refund:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for refunds at this time. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product in terms of size or fit, we provide an exchange policy.
Exchange policy:
If you are not satisfied with the size or fit of the product, you can exchange it for a different size of the same product or exchange the ordered product for another product of equal or greater value. Please reach out to us via email at info@linin.co within 7 days from the day of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
Please ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The ORDER ID and registered mobile number must be mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery of products back to LIN.IN. (Address - 101 Kusum Residency, Vidyasagar Colony, 411037. Ph.No. - 8010512912. We suggest using a courier with tracking for all returns.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, the exchange request will be denied.
Kindly allow us 7-12 days to deliver the requested product against the exchange. We have the right to cancel any order that has already been paid for. If there isn't enough inventory, this might occur. If we choose to exercise this right, the customer will receive a complete refund via the original payment method.
